This page explains how Vysage uses information when you browse, buy products, or join our community.

Information used to fulfil your order

We collect the contact details you enter at checkout and, for physical products, your shipping address. We keep order references, payment status, and delivery records so we can fulfil purchases and help with order questions. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay; our store does not collect your full card details.

Community access

Community account identifiers and invitation records help us provide paid access and manage community membership. Messages in the community may be processed by our moderation bot. Other members can see what you post and the profile information you share on the community platform.

Services that help us operate

Payment, email, hosting, and delivery providers process the information needed to perform their services. The community platform is operated by a third-party provider under its own privacy policy. We use order contact details for receipts, access instructions, and fulfilment updates.

Browser storage and security

Browser storage can preserve your cart and order access. Admin authentication uses session cookies. Technical request records help us diagnose failures and protect the service. Keep your receipt access link private because it can grant access to your order.

Referral partners

If you follow a partner link, we use a random browser identifier and stored referral token to attribute purchases and count referral visits. Partners can see purchasing customer names, referral arrival times, and their earnings. Customer email addresses, phone numbers, and delivery addresses are not shared with partners. Partner account emails receive sign-in codes, onboarding messages, and purchase notifications. Partner settlements are arranged with the administrator and recorded with their transaction references. Browser storage restrictions can affect attribution.

Email delivery records

We retain transactional email recipients, senders, subjects, rendered text and HTML, message identifiers, delivery configuration without passwords, and delivery diagnostics. This lets administrators investigate failures and resend the exact saved content. These records can contain order, access, and partner sign-in information and are restricted to administrators.

We retain information needed for order support, fulfilment, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email [email protected] to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
